Pride Fighting Academy’s Rugby Conditioning for Contact workshops, led by Head Coach Mike Mouneimne, are designed to equip rugby athletes with the skills to thrive under pressure. Drawing from grappling, MMA, and wrestling, these sessions develop body awareness, resilience, and controlled aggression—key components for dominating the contact zone. Having worked with elite teams like Western Province, the Stormers, UCT, and Bishops, head coach and co-owner, Mike has refined a training system that enhances tackling efficiency, breakdown dominance, and injury prevention. Whether you're an individual player or a full squad, these workshop will sharpen your ability to absorb and deliver contact with confidence.

Women's Self-Defense Workshops
Led by PFA co-owner and pro fighter Jess Mouneimne, our Women's Self-Defense Workshops empower women with practical skills to protect themselves in real-world situations. Using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA techniques, these sessions focus on ground defense—where most assaults take place—teaching you how to escape, create space, and fight back effectively. Choose from a one-time 2-hour intensive, an 8-10 week structured program, or private 1:1 training for a personalized approach. Whether you're looking for self-protection, confidence, or a supportive community, these workshops provide the knowledge and skills to stand strong.
