We want you to be happy with every class and every purchase. Here's how refunds, returns and exchanges work at PFA.
01R89 trial classes
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your class using the link in your booking email, and we'll refund your R89 to the card you paid with.
- Can't make it? Moving your class to another time (up to 12 hours before) is free.
- Trials cancelled later than that, or missed without cancelling, can't be refunded.
02Drop-in and class passes
Passes that have been used can't be refunded. If you bought a pass by mistake and haven't used it, contact us and we'll sort it out.
03Memberships
- The joining fee can't be refunded.
- Missed classes can't be refunded, made up or carried over to another month.
- Cancelling a membership is covered by the membership terms you signed: memberships run for a minimum of 12 months and need one calendar month's written notice to cancel.
If a debit order was taken by mistake, contact us straight away and we'll fix it.
04Shop returns
- You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. It must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Email us your order number and the reason for the return. We'll let you know once we've received and checked it.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Delivery costs aren't refunded, and you pay for return delivery unless the item is faulty.
05Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 3 days of receiving it and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
